Small classes to support anyone diagnosed with Breast Cancer - Gentle sessions to create confident movement and build strength pre and post treatment.

I aim to help each client to believe in their body and move with confidence. Pilates can really help you to discover this.

About Me...

Hi, my name is Deb. I have been a fully qualified Pilates Teacher since 2016.

A shoulder injury started my PILATES journey many years ago.

I love working with people to discover the amazing way that PILATES can transform your BODY and MIND

I am dedicated to providing classes in my local community and also for those recovering from Breast Cancer

I am fully qualified to teach:

  • Adults with Common Orthopaedic Conditions

  • Children

  • Pilates with small equipment

  • Chair Pilates

  • Pilates during pregnancy

  • Pilates Support through Breast Cancer

1:1 Classes

1:1 sessions will help you to address your individual needs and, after one session receive a personal plan and video for you to use at home for personal practice. A series of individual (1:1) sessions would enable you to benefit greatly. It will also ensure a safe and effective transition into a small class of up to 4 people which is also available. Pilates can be done standing, seated or lying down.

Classes

  • I am passionate about making people feel the best they can be, stronger, confident and relaxed whilst trusting their body to move effectively during exercise.

  • I offer small classes, 1:1s, 2:1s and workshops tailored to the individual needs of my clients.

  • I run workshops for ladies during pregnancy and for clients recovering from illness or injury

  • You may like to find a small group of friends or family and have a private session for up to 4 of you.

Learn the fundamentals of Pilates.

Only 4 clients per session so you will receive lots of support and guidance.

Developing Strength, Mobility and Body Conditioning.

Fridays: 9.30am - Gentle Pilates Flow - 45 mins

Plenty of Pilates Flow, Movement & Gentle Conditioning with some Relaxation.A class for everyone, new to Pilates, recovering from an illness or injury or looking to continue your Pilate journey.

With a maximum of 10 clients per class, ensuring individual support and gyuidance with adaptations and progressions as required.

Fridays: 10.30am - Pilates Flow - 45 mins

Plenty of Pilates Flow, Movement & Gentle Conditioning as you develop and improve Strength and Mobility.A Mixed Ability Class for everyone, with a maximum of 10 clients per class, with modification and adaptations as needed.

I offer a unique fusion of Pilates with some amazing Yoga stretches to help you through your pregnancy.

Pilates during your pregnancy offers a great low impact way to strengthen and condition your body during this special time.

The exercises can keep you toned and maintain your stamina.

The combination of Pilates and Yoga will help alleviate any discomfort associated with pregnancy and your changing body.

Great for overall body and pelvic floor strengthening and should help with a speedy postpartum recovery.

The Yoga will help “open up” the body creating more space for the baby to grow. The stretching and lengthening within the Yoga postures will help ease tightness and any discomfort in your muscles as your baby grows.

Deb has literally changed my life with the way she teaches Pilates, kind, understanding and patient. I have been going to classes for over two years and look forward to Thursday evenings, this is so out of character for me as I would usually avoid exercise!
